Greetings 2023 Potrero War Campers!

To help with war coordination, we have combined the Land Allocation and Pre-Registration forms into one form!

  • If you would like to Land Allocate, please fill out the form and select “Pay at Gate” as your payment option.
  • If you would like to Pre-Register as well, please fill out the form and choose your appropriate payment option – either PayPal or Mail in check/Money order. 
  • You will need to submit payment before Pre-Registration closes on May 12th to complete the Pre-Registration option.
  • For any Pre-Registrations that are unpaid after May 12th – Cash payments will be accepted at Gate Check-In.
  • All unpaid Pre-Registrations will still be applied towards Land Allocation.

Please note – ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED AT GATE CHECK IN MAY 25-29th

ADULT – SCA MEMBER            

  • $60.00 paid by March 17th, 11:59PM
  • $65.00 paid March 18th – May 12th
  • $70.00 cash only at Gate!

  • $70.00 paid March 18th – May 12th

CHILD FEES

  • Child Age 12 -17 years $30.00
  • Child Age 0 -11 years   $0.00
  • PLEASE NOTE – ALL MINORS MUST BE REGISTERED TO ATTEND POTRERO WAR

DAY TRIP FEES  – ALL CASH AT GATE, NO PRE-REG

  • SCA MEMBER – $30.00
  • SCA NON-MEMBER – $35.00
  • CHILD – $15.00

How To Register & Pay

REGISTER  

  • For all attendees including Adults, Children, Royals, Merchants, RVs and Camp Masters.
  • Complete and Submit the 2023 Potrero Registration Form
  • Be sure to select your Camp.  If your camp name isn’t listed, then you can write one in. *
  • Submitted registrations need not be paid to guarantee land. *
  • Once submitted, you should receive a confirmation email from Google Forms (it might land in your spam folder).
  • Your response can later be edited by you.  Any questions, please email the PreReg Steward.
  • All Merchants must be approved by the Merchant Steward.  If you need approval, please email the Merchant Steward.

CAMP MASTERS & LAND

  • Land is reserved for camps with at least ten (10) registered adults.*
  • For reserved camps, each registered Adult receives 250 ft2 and Child receives 125 ft2. *
  • Submitted registrations need not be paid to guarantee Land.* 
  • Be sure to say “Yes” to the Camp Master question.
  • Identify the need for an RV space. *
  • Select 3 location choices by map grid (ex. K3 or M8).
  • You will be notified periodically by PreReg Steward of your Camp status.

RV Areas SLEEPY HOLLOW & CARAVAN CIRCLE

  • Each RV space must have one designated Camp Master.
  • RV Camp Master must pay their registration to guarantee space reservation.  RV space registrations not paid within one week of registration (or receipt of PP Invoice) may be reassigned.
  • Be sure to say “Yes” to the Camp Master question.
  • Select Sleepy Hollow or Caravan to Identify the need for an RV space.
  • Spaces in Sleepy Hollow cost each Camp Master $10 to reserve, in addition to their regular reg fee.
  • Select 3 location choices by space numbers shown on map (ex.4,8,9)—Do Not Use Grid.
  • There are a limited number of RV spaces on a first registered, first reserved basis.  Once full, we will place additional names on a waiting list managed by the Land Steward.

PAYMENT

  • Payment options are PayPal or Mail-in.  Select either one and further processing instructions will be shown.
  • For PayPal, once registration form is submitted you will receive an email from service@PayPal with link to pay Invoice. It may take up to 5 days to receive your invoice. Please be patient with the volunteers.
  • Checks and Money Orders can be mailed to address shown in your registration response email.
  • Unpaid registrations will require to be paid in cash at Gate.
  • Registration closes MAY 12, 2023 at 11:59PM.  You will have 5 days to pay any outstanding PP invoice.  
  • Checks must be postmarked no later than May 12th.

COVID-19 ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • The Kingdom of Caid has removed all SCA specific COVID-19 guidelines. All events within the Kingdom of Caid and Barony of Calafia will continue to follow government mandates and regulations.
  • What does this mean for Potrero War?
    It means that we will not require proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test and there are no mask requirements on site. However, individuals and their camps are able to set their own requirements for masks, proof of vaccination, or negative COVID-19 test within the boundaries of their camp or personal tents. The event staff is only responsible for enforcing the rules of the Park and SCA and will  not be responsible for enforcing requirements that are set by individuals or camps.
